Terms of Sale:

A minimum of $40 per order is required for buying online. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover via Paypal. At this time, we only ship within the Continental U.S. In the near future, we may include U.S. Territories and other locations. Be sure to check this page for updates. All orders to residents in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts will be charged a 6.25% Sales Tax to plants and supplies.

Many plants grown at A&P Orchids are first bloom seedlings, with several qualities factoring into the final price. If more information about certain plant qualities is needed, contact us from Monday to Saturday via phone or email.

We work hard to provide our customers with accurate information, but as availability for certain items change, prices and descriptions will change accordingly. All items are subject to change without notice. We retain the right to correct any errors and refuse/cancel orders containing errors. Orders containing such errors will be credited.

All items are shipped via United States Postal Service: Priority Mail and Express Mail. Customer pays shipping cost, plus a $10 handling fee. Orders are shipped between Monday and Wednesday. In winter, shipping may be scheduled later to allow for safer shipping. Let us know whether the weather in your area is conducive to shipping or not. In-Store Pickup available. Be sure to verify all shipping information is correct. We will not be held responsible for incomplete or mismarked shipping addresses.

A&P Orchids offers no guarantee, written or implied, to productivity of any of our stock. We inspect our plants for pests, disease and virus. Regardless, they can still develop disease, virus or attract pests once they leave our care. If any problem arises within 1 week, contact us immediately. We will do our best to help you with your problem or replace the plant. Photos are required for plant replacement. After 7 days of receipt, we are no responsible for the health of the plant.

We can ship plants in spike or bud. However, we cannot guarantee the spikes/buds/flowers will arrive intact due to circumstances beyond our control. Plants with damaged spikes/buds/flowers do not warrant replacement. They can bloom again with proper care.

If any plant arrives critically damaged, contact us within 24 hours. Email us photos of the damaged plant(s) for assessment and return it for inspection with as much of the original packaging and shipping label. Return shipping is at your expense; we will pay for the replacement’s shipping cost. If no replacement available, we will credit you for the damaged plant(s) + the return shipping cost (proof of cost required).
